attack of the turkey legs.

Big Jerry plays with the little appetizer forks as his turkey legs flop around his head.

We had a record setting crowd of 29 people at our house for Thanksgiving this year. And while I thought it would keep mom from making her Thanksgiving hats...it didn't. Instead, we got some awesome turkey legs to wear on our head. We had family and friends, what we call the framily, come out to enjoy the day.

Annabelle loves her Warnie.

Dad and Culley taking out the last turkey from the frier. Nothing beats a fried turkey.

Lumberjack Jerry and Lumberjack Wyatt play on their iPhones. You can find this scene anywhere when you're with them.

We had fortune crescents, like fortune cookies but with things to be thankful for. Big Jerry ate his on accident and someone was thankful for William Pfau.

Oh my, senior year at Carolina. I did manage to get out to Franklin Street to see the costumes and I was really impressed with some of the thought that went into them. These are my two favorite. Scrabble tiles and the transformer. The tranformer was continuously asked to transform from his upstanding robot costume into a car. I don't know how he managed to make his costume of even make it down Franklin while constantly transforming, but I can be sure of one thing...I'm sure his thighs hurt at the end of the night.
